Heather's StoryI needed to use up a head of cabbage and make something my kids might eat. My kids loved this dish. We have had it for dinner 3 times this month. We had a friend try it and he asked for the recipe.

I do this very same recipe except I grate potato into the cabbage instead of using the pasta. It is so delicious!

I wish I would have seen this over the summer! Hubs came home with the biggest cabbage in the world (really this thing was like 15 lbs). I ran out of ideas on what to do with it. I fried a lot of it and with some I added apple, it was YUM. I am going to keep this in mind for dinner sometime soon. I think my kids will really like this one. Also love that its GF!
