beat eggs,
melt butter,add other items.put into a unbaked pie
shell.i think she used a 9" shell....bake at 300 degrees for 30-50

This IS a very simple recipe.Very good as well..
I never made a chess pie. I know they are good because my Gram used to make them. As soon as I can I will make this recipe.
As far as being frozen, I am not sure
