Ingredients For turkey skillet

1 lblean ground turkey

1 tspitalian seasoning

3 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce

1 Tbspvegeatable oil

2 clovegarlic cloves, minced

1/2 - 1medium green bell pepper, diced

1red onion small, diced
-
14 1/2 ozcan diced tomatoes
-
2 cfrozen spinach
-
1 1/2 ccooked brown rice
-
8 ozfresh mushroom slice or one can mushroom
How To Make turkey skillet

1Heat skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground turkey about 5 minutes. Add Italian seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and cook an additional minutes. Transfer turkey to a paper towel lined plate to drain.

2Add vegetable oil, garlic, green pepper and red onion to skillet and sauté until tender. Add the remaining soy sauce, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, and ten reduce to a simmer.

3Return the cooked turkey to pan. Add the spinach and heat until wilted. Season to taste and serve with browned rice. Serve 6 Cal 222 8g.Fat 19g carbs.
