1 lbturkey cutlets

1 smyellow onion, peeled and quartered

1/2 cfresh white mushrooms, sliced

3 slicestale bread, torn in pieces

1/2 tspdried thyme

1/2 tsppaprika

1 1/4 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspcelery salt
-
1 tspground mustard
-
5 smsage leaves

1/2a cored pear or apple
How To Make turkey meatloaf-quick and easy

1Preheat oven to 350^: spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. --- Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor. Press pulse several times until mixture is mostly chopped and to the texture you like.Should be pretty well mixed.

2Press mixture into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or unto cooked through. About 5 minutes before removing from oven spread a mixture of 1 Tablespoon brown sugar and 1/4 cup ketchup and pinch of ground mustard over top; bake for 5 minutes.Remove from oven and let set for 3 minutes before cutting. -- Note: If desired you can use 1 pound of ground turkey and mix all together by hand in large bowl.
