This is one of those recipes that you just look in the pantry and freezer and put together what you have on hand only to find out it is a wonderful dish that everyone enjoyed and keeps asking for again and again !

Ingredients For spanish rice delight

  • 4
    pork cube steak
  • 1
    boil n bag rice
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 can
    diced tomatos
  • 1 jar
    1 small jar salsa
  • 2 c
    sherdded cheeded cheese
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make spanish rice delight

  • 1
    pre heat oven to 350
  • 2
    rub cube steak with taco seasoning lightly on both sides
  • 3
    lay i n glass baking dish and cover with rice
  • 4
    in a bowl mix salsa, tomatos and water pour over the meat and rice
  • 5
    top with cheese and cover with foil, bake for 1 hour and 15 mins on 350 remove foil and let stand 20 to 30 mins before serving
