Ingredients For tequila chili-lime grilled chicken

4 lgchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- TEQUILA LIME MARINADE

1/2 oztequila

2 Tbsplime peel, grated

1/4 climes, juiced
-
1/4 colive or vegetable oil
-
2 Tbsp,cilantro, fresh, chopped

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspsugar
-
1 smjalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
How To Make tequila chili-lime grilled chicken

1Make marinade by mixing all ingredients in shallow glass or plastic or resealable plastic bag.

2Flatten each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness, between sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper. Add chicken to marinade.

3Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade.

4Cover and grill chicken 4-6 inches from medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink.
