Got this out of a cook book .And we really liked it.I put in a mild salsa we dont like it very hot.

green salsa

How To Make ranch house chicken tortilla bake

Cook onion in butter until soft ;stir in flour.Add milk and sour cream,cooking and stirring until thickened ;stir in salsa. season to taste;stir in cubed chicken.

Line a buttered 12x8 inch baker with 6 tortillas;spoon in chicken mixture. Top with remaining tortillas;top with cheese.

Bake at 375 oven 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese melts and chicken filling is hot.Sprinkle with cilantro befor serving .Makes 6 servings
