1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 stickbutter

8 ozsemi-sweet baking chocolate

1/2 craspberries jam
How To Make chocolate raspberry thumbprint cookies

1Heat oven to 375 degrades.Mix flour,baking soda and salt,set aside.

2In double boiler melt chocolate and butter.Slightly cool.Add cream cheese,egg ,2/3 cup sugar and vanilla,mix well.

3Roll dough into 1 inch balls,coat with remaining sugar.Place 2 inch apart,on baking sheets.Press your thumb into center of each ball;fill each indentation with jam.

4Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
