Ingredients For vegetarian breakfast burritos

1 pkgmorningstar farms 'sausage' crumbles

1/2 lggreen bell pepper, diced

1/2 lgred or orange bell pepper, diced

1/2 cfrozen corn
-
5large eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cmilk
-
4 ozshredded cheddar cheese

8flour tortillas
How To Make vegetarian breakfast burritos

1Fry 'sausage' crumbles until browned, about 10 minutes on medium heat. Add peppers and corn, cook approx. 10 minutes more. Meanwhile, scramble eggs in a separate pan. I like to add the cheese to the eggs when I make them as well. You can use the same pan, I just prefer to use two pans. Combine the 'sausage' to the eggs, mix well. Serve in tortillas. YUM!
