Ingredients For spinach rolls

    10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/2
    envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 oz
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten in separate bowls.
  • 1
    frozen puff pastry sheet, slightly thawed

How To Make spinach rolls

    Heat oven to 350 Place spinach in medium bowl. Add soup mix, feta cheeses and 1 egg, mix well On floured surface, roll out pastry sheet into a rectangle, cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Spread 1/2 the spinach mix over center, lengthwise down entire sheet strip. Moisten the edges of dough w/ other egg. Fold dough lengthwise over spinach mix. Seal edges by pressing down the seams w/ a fork. Brush top of rolls w/ egg. Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake about 25 min, or until golden. Cool slightly. Cut into 1-1/2' slices.
