i am a jamican girl. i love to bake and cook, i make gourmet bread puddings and other pastries, i have made a couple of wedding cakes using our good old jamaican fruit cake receipe, i must post it here one day :). i am married with two girls ageds 15 and a half and twelve. i go to university part time and work full time(even though i am in-between jobs at the moment). i lofve to smile love to enjoy a good joke and love "just a pinch" recipes.!!!
