Need a half cup of Crisco? Take your glass liquid measuring cup and add half cup of cold tap water. Then add by spoonfuls your Crisco keep it all under water. Once your waterline reaches one cup you will have half a cup of Crisco. Pour the water off and quickly zigzag a knife through the cup to open up any pockets of water. You have the easiest measurement. Easier than what you think it may be. Just make sure your liquid is equal to what you need to measure.

Go to the Goodwill store and buy some measuring utensils if you can't afford them. Good measurements are a must in proper cooking.
