This is so great! I'll be honest and say that the only thing that does it for me, is to talk to the Lord, often and regularly. I study the scriptures he has provided for us, pray and fast...and fast again if I still can't figure it out. My experience has been quite positive. I've noticed though, that because I am retired, disabled and getting older all the time, I have more time to devote to these things. It is not surprising then that I have so much success with this method. It is harder when you are young with children, trying to raise them and keep the wolf from the door.
