- 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make yummy buttered asparagus

Step 1In a large skillet, bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step 2Add the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes; add the butter.

Step 3Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes until the liquid thickens a litte and asparagus is tender-crisp.
