Ingredients
- CAULIFLOWER:
- 1 large head cauliflower about 31/4 lbs. trimmed and cut into florets.
- 6 cloves garlic.halved lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- CHEESE SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 11/2 cups 2% milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make roasted cauliflower with cheese sauce

Step 1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl.Drizzle and toss with olive oil.While stirring season with salt and pepper.Transfer into a large rimmed baking sheet.Roast at 450 for 30 minutes,stirring once.

Step 2Meanwhile prepare Cheese Sauce.Melt butter over medium heat in a medium sauce pan (not nonstick)Whisk in flour and cook 2 minutes.Gradually add milk,whisking constantly until smooth.Bring to a simmer,whisking occasionly.Season with salk and nutmeg.Simmer 4 minutes and remove from heat.Stir in grated cheese,whisking until smooth.

Step 3Tansfer Roasted Cauliflower and Garlic to a platter.Top with Cheese Sauce and serve immediately. ENJOY!!!!!!
