Deb Piva, I hope you see this....here are a couple of suggestions of what you can do with your fresh peppers. As you can see her I have tied them up to dry. I also put some in a screen " this time there is herbs drying " but you'll get the idea. Hope this helps! Irisa

You can put the peppers in something like this to dry them also. These just happen to be herbs ....but the process is still the same.

Step 2

Charring them and then putting them in oil and keeping them in the refrigerator is a way to go also.
