How to Make Dumplings (easy to make)
- 1Combine the first four ingredients.
- 2Combine the last two ingredients.
- 3Combine both, but don't overmix, do not knead. I always mix it with a fork and as soon as it forms one large ball of dough - stop mixing. Then, with your fingers, pull off a piece of dough, maybe walnut size and drop it on top of the soup. Don't put too many because they will double in size. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, remove all of them, they should be eaten right away. Enjoy!!
