How to Make Marscarpone Cream Frosting
- With an electric mixer on medium then high speed, beat cream cheese until fluffy, approximately 5 minutes; add marscarpone cheese and mix until smooth. Add butter and mix until creamy, approximately 3 minutes. Reduce mixer speed to low and add powdered sugar and mix until combine and the consistency you want. If too thick, add a small amount of water, starting with 1 teaspoon at a time.
