1/2 cunsalted butter, room temp
1 Tbspfreshly grated parmesan cheese
1 clovegarlic, minced
2 tspminced fresh parsley,minced
2 tspfresh chives
2 tspfresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
How to Make HERB BUTTER
- Beat the butter in a small bowl with an electric beater until it is light and fluffy. Use a rubber spatula
to fold in the remaining ingredients.
Substitute other fresh herbs (up to 4 teaspoons), such as basil or thyme, for the chives and dill weed.
- Makes 1/2 cup
