My husband likes Cranberry Sauce and no matter how many times I make it, he will say "Is there any more." He likes it on a lot of meats, mainly chicken, turkey, beef and pork.

Ingredients

  • - 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
  • - 1 cup sugar
  • - 1 medium orange
  • - 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, optional

How To Make cranberry - orange relish

  • Step 1
    Clean and pick thru cranberries. Slice unpeeled orange into eights, remove seeds. Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor. Process until evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Transfer to the other processed fruit. Stir in sugar. Can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired. After sugar dissolves store in refrigerator. Keeps for up to two weeks in refrigerator.
