Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, shells removed
- 1/2 pound cooked salad shrimp, peeled
- 1/2 cup grated comte cheese
- 1/2 cup grated emmenthaler cheese
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- - freshly ground black pepper
How To Make baked seafood fondue

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Combine all of the ingredients except crab and shrimp in a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in crab and shrimp; cook for another few minutes. Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking pan or souffle pan.

Step 3Bake for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown.

Step 4Serve hot with sliced French baguette or crackers. Keep warm with a chafing dish.
