Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup cocoa powder { use a good quality cocoa powder }
- - 1 cup water
- - 2 cups granulated sugar
- - 1/8 teaspoon salt
- - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make home made chocolate syrup

Step 1Mix the cocoa powder and the water in a saucepan. Heat and stir to dissolve the cocoa, Add the sugar and salt-stir to dissolve

Step 2Boil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Be careful - don't let it boil over! Remove from heat - and the vanilla.

Step 3Let cool and pour into a clean glass jar, and store in the refrigerator. This makes abt 2 cups
