susan's broccoli salad
I love broccoli salad from the deli, and have wanted to find a recipe to make at home. This dressing is fantastic, and the salad is good as is, but the deli adds more items like raisins or dried cranberries, purple onions, maybe sesame seeds? Each deli recipe is different, so this one can be altered to please your own personal choice! Enjoy!

How To Make susan's broccoli salad
-
Step 1At least 3-4 hours before mealtime, combine the sugar, mayo and red wine vinegar. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over the salad 30 minutes before serving.
-
Step 2You can add other items, such as purple onion, raisins, sesame seeds, or anything else you desire. There is enough dressing to add a few more things. Or you could add some cauliflower florets...
-
Step 3Recipe came from a Cowboy Cookbook I got a long time ago, and is really fantastic!
