This is a mixture you can make on the stove from things in your cabinet in order to make your house smell good before having guests come over. I'm making it right now, because my house is going to be viewed by some possible buyers and I want it to smell nice and inviting. you can do this quickly anytime.

    whole cloves
  • ·
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    lemon juice or orange juice
  • ·
    zest, if desired
  • ·
    3 cups water
  • ·
    any other yummy smelling ingredient that you think could compliment this mixture

Step-by-Step

  1. put ingredients together in a little pot or sauce pan and simmer on very low so the vapors evaporate but not too fast. Keep an eye on this, I have burnt it before. Put more water in when it starts to get low.
