there are so many ways to make this! bread stuffing or pork sausage stuffing. I prefer seasoned bread stuffing as stuffing pork with more pork would be too over the top for me!!

boneless thick cut pork chops
apple cored and peeled
1 c
slivered almonds
2 c
prepared stuffing mix
beaten eggs
2 Tbsp
cooking oil
1 tsp
beef bouillon powder or granulated form
1 c

How to Make stuffed pork chops


  • 1prepare your stuffing then cut up apple and cook with 3 tablespoons water in microwave five minutes or until semi tender. add apple and 1/2 cup almonds to prepared stuffing
  • 2with sharp knife form a pocket in meat by cutting horizontially through each chop 3/4 of the way thru dip chops in eggs
  • 3in skillet over medium heat fry chops for five minutes each side till browned turning once
  • 4after cooling chops, mix beef bouillon with water.
  • 5stuff chops with stuffing almond apple mixture
  • 6in baking dish arrange browned stuffed chops, pour bouillon mix over cover with foil and bake 325 for 1 hour. garnish with remaing almonds
