I happen to love spam. I made this sammich around 2 am one morning. This fried yumminess hit the spot. After eating this forbidden goodness, I laid down and slept like a baby. Try spam and you might find yourself saying "Spam I Am". Happy Sammie Making! sw:)

  • 2 can(s)
    spam, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 oz
    romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 medium
    vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slice
    good american yellow cheese
  • 1/4 c
    real mayonaisse
  • 4
    potato buns, sliced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spam I Am


  1. In a large frying pan, fry spam until nice and crispy. Flip add sliced cheese. Fry until cheese begins to melt.
  2. In that same frying pan, toast your buns until golden brown
  3. Build you sammich: on the bottom half of bun, slather mayo, add lettuce, tomatoes, sprinke a lil' salt and pepper, spam w/cheese and top the goodness with the top bun and enjoy!
