How to Make Quiche Lorraine
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread pie crust in pie plate or quiche pastry dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon bits, cheese, and sauteed onion in pastry-lined pan/dish.
- Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour cream mixture into pan/dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature back to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
