I've been really busy lately and wanted something quick and easy to fix for supper. Quiche Lorraine hits the spot every time. I usually make two since they go fast. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 12 - slices bacon, fried*
- 1 - cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 - cup minced and sauteed onion
- 4 - eggs
- 2 - cups heavy cream
- 3/4 - tsp. salt
- 1/8 - tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 - tsp. sugar
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust, pre-made or homemade
How To Make quiche lorraine

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread pie crust in pie plate or quiche pastry dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon bits, cheese, and sauteed onion in pastry-lined pan/dish.

Step 2Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour cream mixture into pan/dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature back to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
