- 1 (9-inch) pillsbury pie crust
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 slices of thick bacon, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 ℉

Step 2Use a 9-inch deep pie dish, place the crust in the dish, and then place it on a baking sheet pan for easy handling.

Step 3In a large non-stick sauté pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, diced bacon, and onions to pan; let brown for 5-7 minutes, stirring to crumble meat, or until no pink remains.

Step 4Drain meat, set aside, and let cool.

Step 5Whisk eggs, milk, flour, and ranch seasonings in a large bowl until blended. Stir in meat and cheese, then spoon into pie crust.
