Simply Delicious Clam Linguini
I am posting 2 photos. 1st is when I just started to reduce and the 2nd is the finished product (before it hit the pasta)
3 largetomatoes, quartered
2 can(s)diced clams with juice
2 Tbsp(heaping) minced garlic
8good shakes of tobasco sauce
How to Make Simply Delicious Clam Linguini
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Combine the butter, tomatoes, clams with juice, minced garlic and mushrooms in the heated skillet.
- Bring to a boil. Stir often for 30-35 minutes. Add 8 (or more, if desired) good shakes of tobasco sauce until sauce is pinkish or to personal taste.
- Meanwhile cook linguine according to package directions. Toss pasta and sauce together. Serve immediately.
