This is a real "no brainer" Kids love it and it is sooo easy that you'll find yourself makeing it often. In place of the Italian Salad Dressing, I've found that using a Lemon Ginger Sesame Dressing gives it an entire different taste. Ive also added frozen peas (thawed) for more color and taste.. GREAT as a meal or a side... My family has asked me to make this a lot now and i willingly do so.. ENJOY

How To Make chilled chicken pasta salad

  • Step 1
Drain Chicken, with a fork break apart into smaller chunks, put in a bowl place in fridge to cool, chop up tomato's and cucumbers, put in the same bowl as Chicken. Add half of the Dressing and chill.
  • Step 2
While Chicken mixture is chilling cook Rotini noodles, until soft but firm, drain, add a bit of salt and pepper, chill until cold (about 30 minutes) combine Rotini noodles with the chilled chicken mixture and add the other half of the dressing mix well add fresh parsley and more salt and pepper if needed, You can always add more dressing if your taste so desires, also I add frozen (thawed) peas for a bit more color. TRY the Lemon Ginger Sesame Dressing....
