Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped rhubarb
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (use from your zested lemon)
- 4-5 cups crushed ice
- water
How To Make rhubarb lemonade

Step 1Simmer rhubarb, lemon zest, sugar and 1 cup water in a small pot and until the rhubarb falls apart, about 10 min. Pour the mixture through a sieve-save the liquid and discard the solids.

Step 2Add the ½ cup lemon juice and stir.

Step 3Fill a pitcher with crushed ice and pour the hot liquid over. Stir to cool the lemonade. Add as much water as necessary to desired strength.
