When in New Orleans, you must try their Café Royale. I purchased some Café Royale spoons that grab the rim of a cup so you can ignite easily. Wonderful after dinner drink.

- 1 cup sugar cube
- 1 tablespoon cognac brandy
- 1 cup coffee, hot
How To Make cafe royale

Step 1Place lump / cube of sugar in a Café Royale spoon. You can use a regular spoon, also.

Step 2Put the cube of sugar and pour cognac so the sugar cube soaks of the brandy.

Step 3Ignite. When flame burns out, pour contents into black coffee.
