pineapple sherbet...

For some reason I always have left over pineapples, so I make this to use it up. Good way to cool off on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups pineapples, crushed
  • 1/3 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh

How To Make pineapple sherbet...

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl combine the first ingredients & stir until sugar has fully dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Then add in the rest of the ingredients,mix very well & pour into freezing trays. Then freeze until firm. But stir once during freezing process.
