pineapple sherbet...
For some reason I always have left over pineapples, so I make this to use it up. Good way to cool off on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups pineapples, crushed
- 1/3 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
How To Make pineapple sherbet...

Step 1In a medium bowl combine the first ingredients & stir until sugar has fully dissolved.

Step 2Then add in the rest of the ingredients,mix very well & pour into freezing trays. Then freeze until firm. But stir once during freezing process.
