The first time I tried this was at a get-together with friends and right then I knew it would be a hit with family and friends. I always try to make two because it tastes so good. Using your favorite fruits makes it extra special.

Ingredients For fruit pizza

  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter/margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • favorite fruits

How To Make fruit pizza

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. For crust; mix butter, powdered sugar and flour in a bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool

    Mix a filling of cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled crust.

    Top with your favorite fruits; strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, apples, kiwi, madarin oranges, grapes, peaches, etc. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. It is best to eat this the same day it is made.
