How to Make Fruit Pizza
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
For crust; mix butter, powdered sugar and flour in a bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool
- Mix a filling of cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on cooled crust.
- Top with your favorite fruits; strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, apples, kiwi, madarin oranges, grapes, peaches, etc. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
It is best to eat this the same day it is made.
