Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries,divided
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 packages (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split
- 4 packages (8 oz. each)cream cheese,softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
How To Make ladyfinger cheesecake by toh

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the strawberries and 2 Tablespoons sugar, Cover and refrigerate for a least 1 hour.

Step 2Using a sprayed or greased 10-inch springform pan, arrange 25 split ladyfingers around the edges of the pan. Place 25 more on the bottom of the pan ; set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 2 cups of sugar until smooth. In another large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold this into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 4Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Spread with 1/2 of the strawberry mixture to within 1 inch of edges. Cover; refrigerate remaining strawberries.(reserve a bit of the berries).

Step 5Arrange remaining ladyfingers over top. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Serve with reserved strawberry mixture.
