Ruby was a dear lady with "red" hair from Georgia who I met while in La Habra Ca. She loved to bake and crochet:) This is a great recipe if you don't want a large batch of cookies.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 - egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make "ruby's" peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients well. Use teaspoon to scoop a portion and roll into ball. Press flat with fork tines.

Step 2

Bake at 350* for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3

Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
