Made this at my girlfriends house, it was a big hit. Made her an extra one to take to the guys that play poker and they thought it was a big hit also. Great with icecream, or whip cream and marschino cherries on top. Very delicious!

Ingredients
- 6 cups dried bread cubes (or regular stale bread)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 - beaten eggs
- - icecream, whipcream, cherries opt.
- 3 cups 1 or 2 % milk
How To Make rocky road bread pudding

Step 1Butter 2qt. square baking dish. In buttered dish combine bread cubes, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and walnuts, set aside. If doubling the recipe, use a 13' by 9' pan.

Step 2In a large bowl stir together sugar and cocoa powder. Combine milk and eggs, gradually whisk into sugar mixture.

Step 3Pour milk mixture over bread in baking dish. Press bread lightly with back of spoon to make sure all is moistened.

Step 4Bake in 350 oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean or golden brown. Cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla icecream or whipped cream and add marchino cherries on top.
