How to Make Red Velvet Cake Frosting
- Cook flour and milk until thick stirring constantly, cool
- Cream sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth, no grains of sugar present. Add cooled flour mixture, BEAT until it has a whipped cream consistency. If it appears a bit curdled continue to beat. Spread between the layers and the top, it makes a generous amount and you should be able to coat the sides as well.
