Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Cook flour and milk until thick stirring constantly, cool

Step 2Cream sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth, no grains of sugar present. Add cooled flour mixture, BEAT until it has a whipped cream consistency. If it appears a bit curdled continue to beat. Spread between the layers and the top, it makes a generous amount and you should be able to coat the sides as well.
