unsalted butter, diced
1/4 c
regular creamy peanut butter
1/2 c
packed marshmallows
1 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line a 9x5xx3-in loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough parchment overhang to form handles.
  • 2In a large glass bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter and marshmallows. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
  • 3Remove the plastic wrap, then stir in the powdered sugar all at once. Scrape the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, and let set in the fridge for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
