How to Make Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
- Line a 9x5xx3-in loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough parchment overhang to form handles.
- In a large glass bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter and marshmallows. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Remove the plastic wrap, then stir in the powdered sugar all at once. Scrape the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, and let set in the fridge for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
