hot tamales
caramel candy

sour patch fruits

How to Make BBQ Grill Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1bake cupcakes as directed and allow to cool
  • 2frost cupcakes with the chocolate frosting
  • 3sprinkle on the yellow and red sprinkles to look like hot embers from a grill
  • 4use black writing icing to apply grill slates across the cupcake
  • 5get creative with adding candy "meats" to the cupcakes. The black food coloring is used on a toothpick and you will want to drag it across some of the caramel candies to create a "charbroil" effect. You can shape the caramels by cutting and rolling them.
  • 6To do the kabobs, just take a toothpick and cut the candy fruits in half and place on toothpick.
  • 7be creative! There are so many options here!
