Cinnamon pancakes are a great start to a day. The smell of cinnamon permiates the air as these fry up. Yum. Can be served with a drizzle icing or with cinnamon butter.

Cinnamon butter

1 stick butter, softened (1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons Cinnamon sugar

Mix together and serve with cinnamon pancakes or baked sweet potatoes.
