Ingredients

  • 1 pound chorizo sausage
  • 1 pound cooked potatoes,diced
  • 1 bunch spring onions,sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - salt and ground pepper

How To Make spicy chorizo sausage and spring onion hash

  • Step 1
    Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the sausage. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add the olive oil to the sausage fat in the pan and then add the potatoes. Cook over a low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden. Meanwhile,, cut the sausages into bite size chunks and add to the pan.
  • Step 3
    Add the spring onions to the pan and cook for a couple more minutes until they are piping hot. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
