Ingredients
- 1 pound chorizo sausage
- 1 pound cooked potatoes,diced
- 1 bunch spring onions,sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and ground pepper
How To Make spicy chorizo sausage and spring onion hash

Step 1Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the sausage. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2Add the olive oil to the sausage fat in the pan and then add the potatoes. Cook over a low heat for 5 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden. Meanwhile,, cut the sausages into bite size chunks and add to the pan.

Step 3Add the spring onions to the pan and cook for a couple more minutes until they are piping hot. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
