This is an easy and quick recipe. I make this for breakfast when we have a lot of people spend the night. I think that might be the reason people are always staying. You also can add bell pepper if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
- - pepper
- 3 - eggs
- - cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 - onion, diced
- - salsa
- - garlic powder
How To Make mexican omelet with a twist

Step 1In a small pan, sautee mushrooms, onions and ham in butter and garlic powder.

Step 2Mix eggs together with a dash of milk

Step 3In frying pan add the eggs and cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked

Step 4Add the mixture from the small pan to the center of the eggs, add cheese, pepper to taste and fold.

Step 5Add salsa to the top and eat.
