This is an easy and quick recipe. I make this for breakfast when we have a lot of people spend the night. I think that might be the reason people are always staying. You also can add bell pepper if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
  • - pepper
  • 3 - eggs
  • - cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 - onion, diced
  • - salsa
  • - garlic powder

How To Make mexican omelet with a twist

  • Step 1
    In a small pan, sautee mushrooms, onions and ham in butter and garlic powder.
  • Step 2
    Mix eggs together with a dash of milk
  • Step 3
    In frying pan add the eggs and cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked
  • Step 4
    Add the mixture from the small pan to the center of the eggs, add cheese, pepper to taste and fold.
  • Step 5
    Add salsa to the top and eat.
