Ingredients

  • 9 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste
  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk

How To Make saving time breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Step 2
    brown the sausage until no longer pink and drain on paper towels really well.
  • Step 3
    beat all the eggs and add the 1/4 cup of milk and salt and pepper. add the drained sausage and mix well.
  • Step 4
    pour into a greased or buttered casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set the way you'd like. Put the cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
