- 9 - eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make saving time breakfast casserole

Step 1heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2brown the sausage until no longer pink and drain on paper towels really well.

Step 3beat all the eggs and add the 1/4 cup of milk and salt and pepper. add the drained sausage and mix well.

Step 4pour into a greased or buttered casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set the way you'd like. Put the cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
