Ingredients

  • 9
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • salt
    to taste
  • pepper
    to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb
    sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 c
    milk

How to Make Saving time breakfast Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. brown the sausage until no longer pink and drain on paper towels really well.
  3. beat all the eggs and add the 1/4 cup of milk and salt and pepper. add the drained sausage and mix well.
  4. pour into a greased or buttered casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set the way you'd like. Put the cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
