Ever have an early Saturday morning where the kids are running rampant, you have 2 dogs goin nuts and a man whose belly is rumbling but didn't have time to do a whole buffet? Then this is the recipe for you

Ingredients

  •   9
    eggs, beaten
  •   1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  •   salt
    to taste
  •   pepper
    to taste
  •   1 1/2 lb
    sausage, cooked and drained
  •   2 c
    Grated Cheddar Cheese
  •   1/4 c
    milk

How To Make

    heat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2
    brown the sausage until no longer pink and drain on paper towels really well.
  • 3
    beat all the eggs and add the 1/4 cup of milk and salt and pepper. add the drained sausage and mix well.

    pour into a greased or buttered casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are set the way you'd like. Put the cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
