individual breakfast quiche
I make these on the weekend and then freeze them. I heat one up in the microwave right before I head to work during the week. You can alter the ingredients and experiment with different spices, maybe add spinach, herbs, mushrooms, other kinds of meat like bacon, different kinds of cheeses.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1 pound sausage
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon red curry powder
- tube pepper
How To Make individual breakfast quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a frying pan, brown sausage, onion and garlic together. Let cool in a bowl lined with paper towels to soak up grease.

Step 3In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs with milk and curry powder. Add shredded cheese and stir.

Step 4Once meat mixture is cooled to at least room temperature stir into egg mixture.

Step 5Spray small ramekin baking dishes with olive oil cooking spray. Spoon egg and sausage mixture evenly between the ramekins until 3/4 full. Grind fresh pepper on top of each. Place all ramekins on a cooking sheet and place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.
