Ingredients

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 c
    frozen shredded hash browns or 3 cups of shredded raw potatoes
  • 1 c
    your favorite cheese
  • 1 c
    diced fully cooked ham
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green bell peppers

How to Make DENVER PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper. stir in the potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
