corn dog muffins
My son loves making these. So easy! If you have Jiffy cornbread mix, you can use it instead. ;)

Ingredients
- 1 package hillshire farms little smokies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup half & half
- 2 - eggs
- 1/8 cup sugar
- - spray oil for muffin tin
How To Make corn dog muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Mae sure the rack is in the middle of the oven.

Step 2Melt butter in microwave. Set aside to cool while you prepare everything else.

Step 3In your Kitchaide mixer (or with a whisk)mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 4After dry ingredients is mixed, add in the milk, butter, eggs, & half/half. Mix until smooth.

Step 5Spray muffin tin with oil.

Step 6Put 1/8 cup of batter in each muffin round, lay on top 2 Little Smokies, then add in a 1/4 cup of batter on top of each Little Smokie.

Step 7Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.

Step 8Enjoy! (My boys like them with mustard)
