Completely indulgent and deliciously yummy!! If you really like chocolate, you'll love these for breakfast. I know, I can hardly believe I am making these for my family, but I certainly don't make them often!! My son ordered some at a popular breakfast eatery and begged me to make them. How could I say no :-)

How to Make Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk milk, egg and melted butter in a separate bowl. Mix dry and wet ingredients together until just combined. Add chocolate chips and stir gently. You don't want to overwork the baking powder.
  2. Heat a skillet and butter lightly. Cook as you would any pancake recipe. Serve with maple syrup (it doesn't take much!!).
