South Western Spring Rolls
11 2/3 ozcorn
13/16 ozonion minced sauted
10 ozblack beans
·to thicken roux equal amounts flour and margarine
10eachs french fries diced
·chilli peppers minced it will bring out the heat (optional)
How to Make South Western Spring Rolls
- Mince the peppers, chicken and add all ingredients together. Place a scoop of mix into a wrap fold each side then roll . Seal the wrap to hold the filling in. Deep fry to a light golden brown. If you freeze them , you must let them come to room temp be for frying.
I don't use the chilli peppers because they come a little to hot for me.
- I don't use the Chili peppers, because of the heat. But if you like hot, go for it.The onces are odd because when I run out of rapes all the felling is gone. After doing thousands of these I have it down pat.
