How To Make south western spring rolls
-
Step 1Mince the peppers, chicken and add all ingredients together. Place a scoop of mix into a wrap fold each side then roll . Seal the wrap to hold the filling in. Deep fry to a light golden brown. If you freeze them , you must let them come to room temp be for frying. I don't use the chilli peppers because they come a little to hot for me.

Step 2I don't use the Chili peppers, because of the heat. But if you like hot, go for it.The onces are odd because when I run out of rapes all the felling is gone. After doing thousands of these I have it down pat.
