These wings are simple and sweet. Always a huge hit at barbeques and football games. The maple syrup is not overpowering and the chutney and lemon make a really unique flavor. I usually double the recipe because they go so fast!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    chicken wings with tips cut off
  • 1/3 c
    maple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2/3 c
    mild fruit chutney
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Sweet Maple Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a saucepan mix the maple syrup, salt, pepper, chutney, and lemon juice. Heat through.
  3. Place wings in a shallow baking dish, top with the sauce, and bake, turning occasionally, until the wings are glazed and browned, about 1 hour.
